Primošten is a small town located between Šibenik and Split. The old town is situated on a small island which is connected with the mainland. Primošten attracts tourists with its interesting architecture, beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters.
We start at Primošten at 10.00 and are off to an easy drive to the island of Zlarin. We stop there at 10.30 for swimming, sunbathing and enjoying in amazing surrounding nature and beach bars. Island of Zlarin is known as the “golden island” for its unspoiled beauty, pines, sandy beaches, idyllic coves and one traditional village. Zlarin is most famous for its unique culture based upon harvesting coral and turning it into jewelry and ornaments. Around 12.30 we would have lunch there at tavern Prslika which offers a unique atmosphere with its indigenous interior, traditional local food, selected varieties of wine and homemade brandy. The offer is based on forgotten homemade specialities.
After lunch, around 14.30, we are headed to Kaprije island to check out some of the most amazing Croatian beaches and nature.
Kaprije is one of the Croatian islands with no cars, so you can freely enjoy the untouched nature and the sound of the sea and waves. The island has about several natural bays, and in one of them the port of Kaprije is located, which is also the only inhabited settlement on the island.
After Kaprije, at 16.30 we are headed to to Žirje island – where you can enjoy in crystal clear sea, diving and snorkeling, secluded coves and beaches. Žirje is the furthest and the largest island in the Šibenik archipelago. It is known as a fishing settlement and a rich fishing area. It is also known for its natural beauty, clear blue sea, natural rocky beaches.
